Pockets Teaches Behavior To The Kids

Hi, my name is Pockets! My mission is to help and teach kids the good value of life. I have a lot of pockets, even on my hat. Sometimes I forget to do something, and I write them down and put them in one of my pockets. Then I will forget what pocket I put the note in. So, I add another pocket to my clothes, but in a different color so that will help me to remember that I put it in that color pocket.

Layla and Her Teddy Bear – Tale of Friendship and Hope

On a cold winter night, when the whispering winds began to howl, the frost covered everything in its icy grip. You could see your breath, like puffs of smoke from a choo-choo train, and the cars parked along the road looked like they were surrounded by clouds of steam.

Layla was a joyful little girl, always smiling. And she had a best friend—a soft, warm teddy bear with sparkling blue eyes that fit perfectly in her arms. She loved hugging her teddy bear, pressing it close to her chest, and planting gentle kisses on its forehead.

But one cold, blustery evening, as Layla walked home with her teddy bear clutched tightly in her arms to keep warm, something terrible happened. Out of nowhere, a powerful gust of wind swooped in, snatching the teddy bear from her hands!

“Teddy! No! Where did you go?”

Layla tried to run after it, but the wind pushed her back, and the rain made it hard for her to see. Her heart sank. Her precious teddy bear, her dearest friend, was gone.

The next day, as the skies cleared, Layla searched everywhere for her teddy bear. She wandered through the streets, calling out its name, her little feet leaving prints in the melting snow. But the bear was nowhere to be found. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she remembered stories of lost pets and how some people put tags on them so they could be found.

Days passed, and Layla’s sadness grew. But then, one afternoon, she spotted Pockets—a curious young boy who was always eager to help. Pockets, with his big, inquisitive eyes, approached Layla.

“Hey, Layla! What’s wrong? Why are you crying?”

“My teddy bear… it was blown away in the wind, and I can’t find it anywhere.”

Pockets, determined to help, nodded and sprang into action. He looked in every nook and cranny, searching under cars, in the bushes, and even in the garbage cans.

“Don’t worry, Layla! We’ll find your teddy bear! It has to be somewhere!”

But despite all his efforts, days passed, and the teddy bear was still missing. Layla’s heart felt heavy, and the tears came once again.

“Mama Pockets, Layla is still crying. I don’t know what to do.”

Mama Pockets, wise and loving, sat down with both children. She smiled kindly at Layla and Pockets, her eyes full of understanding.

“When things get tough, we turn to God and pray. Let’s ask for help and guidance. Everything will be okay, I promise.”

Together, they closed their eyes and prayed, asking for the safe return of Layla’s teddy bear. And just as they finished, there came a knock at the door.

“Who could that be?”

Pockets hurried to open the door. Standing there was an old man with a long gray beard and kind eyes.

“Excuse me, but I found this teddy bear stuck in a tree by my house. I see a little girl with it every day. Does it belong to anyone here?”

Layla’s eyes lit up. There, in the old man’s hands, was her beloved teddy bear with its bright blue eyes.

“Teddy! It’s my teddy!”

She ran to the old man, hugging her teddy bear tightly, tears of joy streaming down her face. She cried, but this time they were happy tears.

“There she goes again, Mama.”

“Sometimes we cry when we’re sad, but other times, we cry because we’re so happy. These are her happy tears, Pockets.”

Pockets thought for a moment, then smiled. He realized that feelings—whether they’re sad or happy—are meant to be shared and understood.

And so, Layla hugged her teddy bear close once more, grateful to have her friend back. Pockets, having helped his friend, learned that sometimes, it’s not just about solving the problem. It’s about being there for the people you care about. And with the help of Mama Pockets, they were reminded that when things get tough, there’s always hope—and sometimes, all you have to do is believe.

And from that day on, Layla never let her teddy bear out of her sight again. As for Pockets, he continued his adventures, always ready to lend a helping hand.
